The top opens up to both sides so that you can place your cat right into the Catit Cabrio carrier while keeping the front door shut. By leaving one side shut, you can also place your cat into the carrier from either the left or right flank.
If your cat has an easygoing attitude towards carriers, simply open the front door and let them walk in. The front door also has an integrated loop for padlocks (padlock not included).
